Dr. Jasvinder Kaur Gill

Dr. Jasvinder is a very good in her profession and I appreciate her as human being also, because she gives extra attention to her patient with gentle and respectful behavior which I see very exceptional these days.

She has done Cataracts surgery of my mother's eyes and now my mother is doing well.. 100% satisfaction :)

The doctor was competent and reassuring. She explained the phenomenon which helped us to understand the treatment process.

The receptionist & technical staff are efficient, courteous & professional. More importantly, they are also punctual & helpful.

Visited in October 2022 and was treated for some conjunctivitis issue for almost 2 months. *** **** **** *** *** *** ******** *** *** ** **** ** **** ** **** *** ****** ******* *****. I was using farsighted vision -0.5 specs but she gave me new number by just converting minus number to plus number ************* and convinced me to get it from her optical shop. All the medicines she advised only available at her clinic. ******* **** ****** *** ****** ** **** **** **** ******** ** *** ******

********* **** ****** ********* I had conjunctivitis so had to do a walk in. At reception I was told wait time is 30-40 min. It took me 2 hours 45 min and in this time there is no communication to you about the wait time. I raised it with Dr. Jasvinder and she was not at all empathetic. *** ** ** *** ****** ** ******* **** **** *** **** ** ********* and patients need to wait , however much.

Dr Jasvinder Gill listened to issue carefully & examine my eyes . She is very humble in behavior. Updated me properly with diagnosis & possible next steps of treatment required . I'm deeply touched & impressed the way she took care of me. Wish her good luck in her profession.

The environment of the clinic is very friendly, staff of the clinic proper time to make medical report or checking the eyes. Dr. is very polite and check very patiently.

Even for the no. of lenses, they check twice for 2 days then, they give the final number.

The discussion with the doctor was good. It was a satisfactory experience to visit and would recommend to all.

Waiting time was too much because the clinic didn't not obey Appointment taken through Practo. A lot of inconvenience faced by me due to practo.
